Laura Ravine
Laura Ravine has been practicing law since 1998. Working primarily with businesses in the life sciences and high-tech sectors, Laura has experience in licensing and other technology transactions, collaborations, clinical trial agreements, product distribution and marketing contracts, corporate organization and other general business matters.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Laura worked as an engineer and manager in the software and space science industries. She received her undergraduate degree from Caltech, and her J.D. from UCLA. After law school, Laura worked in the technology transactions and licensing group at Gray Cary (now part of DLA Piper) before founding her own practice.
Laura is licensed to practice in the State of California.
Gennady Thomas Shnaider
Gennady Thomas Shnaider has been practicing law since 1997. He has a wealth of experience with a variety of business and legal matters, with a focus on commercial transactions, intellectual property transactions, licensing, real estate, corporate matters and data protection and privacy, working throughout the United States and internationally. Gennady advises companies of all sizes, including start-ups, top non-profit organizations and Fortune 100 companies, and across numerous industries (including hi-tech, life sciences, pharma, real estate, and entertainment).
Gennady is also a licensed Real Estate Broker with extensive expertise in real estate matters, including development, financing and leasing.
After graduating from U.C. San Diego and UCLA School of Law, Gennady began his career working for the US Federal Courts and Gray Cary (now DLA Piper). Gennady’s clients have included National Geographic, Obama Foundation, NBC Universal, AristaMD, Metagenics, DivX, Dr. Seuss, Panasonic and BD. Gennady is licensed to practice law in California.
